Important Update from Prismatic Consulting
Dear Friends and Partners,
We wanted you to be among the first to know about an important shift at Prismatic Consulting. Starting this month, both Nia and Maegan will be evolving their roles, returning to more direct work with community-based organizations while continuing their consulting practices through Prismatic. This move reflects our deep and continued commitment to justice, equity, and collective care, especially in a time when our sector is stretched thin and our people are carrying so much.
But rest assured: Prismatic isn’t going anywhere.
While our capacity will shift, our purpose remains the same. We’ll continue supporting nonprofits, movement leaders, and values-aligned organizations with strategy, planning, fundraising, and facilitation—just in a more focused way. That means our dance card will fill up more quickly, and we’ll be taking on a smaller number of projects at a time.
So if you’ve been thinking about working together—or if your organization is ready for bold, community-centered support—please reach out sooner rather than later. We’d love to hold space for you.
If you want to follow along, Nia is excited to join the development team at Rocky Mountain Equality, a longtime Prismatic client, returning to frontline work in support of LGBTQ+ communities at a time when safe, inclusive care is more essential than ever. Alongside this new role, she remains committed to her consulting work through Prismatic, continuing to support values-aligned organizations with strategy and fundraising.
Maegan will also continue her consulting practice with Prismatic, leading a focused portfolio of client engagements, including a fractional role with Food Bank of the Rockies, where she’s helping strengthen their major gifts strategy amid rising community need.
